Native Nevadan Shoshana Kunin-Leavitt joined the Kunin Law Group in June 2011.
Shoshana has earned an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. She practices solely in the area of family building, whether surrogacy or adoption. The decision to bring a child into your home and heart is a tremendously exciting one, but also can be an incredibly anxious time. Shoshana is an advocate in supplying emotional and legal assistance in her clients' lives during these times of need.
Shoshana earned her J.D. at California Western School of Law. During law school, Shoshana spent a semester abroad in the Czech Republic studying comparative issues in health law and bioethics, as well as comparative juvenile justice.
Shoshana is a Fellow with the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys, member of the Assisted Reproductive Technology section of the American Bar Association, and on the Board of the Legal Professionals Group of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
